Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Dalufy Personal and Dalufy Business. By creating an account you accept the current Terms and Privacy versions recorded at signup (and any later re-consent).
1. Service
Dalufy provides profile-scoped ledger, classification, management reporting, and tax calculation tools. Personal and Business profiles are independent ledgers. Tax and CFO views are derived from the ledger — they are not parallel books of record.
2. Not professional advice
Dalufy is not a licensed tax agent, auditor, or filing intermediary. Calculations and insights are informational. You remain responsible for filings with NRS or any authority. See the Tax disclaimer.
3. Your data
You control profile data subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable NDPA obligations. Export and deletion follow product controls and retention rules.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use Dalufy to process data you are not entitled to hold. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform integrity.
5. Changes
Material Terms or Privacy changes may require re-consent in-product. Continued use after accepting a new version constitutes acceptance of that version.
